Mindful Retirement – dates TBD
A 5-week deep-dive into stress-free Retirement Preparedness, combining evidence-based coaching tools and assessments, and mindfulness techniques. Topics covered include the Cycle of Change, the seven pillars of mindful retirement, beliefs and values, Energy Leadership™, active retirement, and an introduction to financial preparedness. The workshop includes one 60-90 minute live session per week, PLUS one hour of individual coaching.
